All SpetzGear products are made-to-order and built to customer specifications. Because of this, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has entered production or has been shipped.
No Returns on the Following Items

Custom-built holsters

Holsters with special finishes, wraps, colors, or modifications

Duty holsters, IWB holsters, OWB holsters, and SpeedLock components

Any product that shows signs of installation, use, or wear
All sales are final on these products.

Manufacturing Defects or Warranty Issues
If you believe your product has a workmanship or materials issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and a description of the concern.
If the issue is confirmed to be a manufacturing defect, we will:

Repair the product or

Replace the product at our discretion
Normal wear, misuse, modification, or damage caused during installation or use is not covered.
Fit, Preference, and Compatibility
Because each item is custom-made to the options selected at checkout, we cannot accept returns due to:

Fit preference or comfort

Finish, texture, or color variations

Model selection errors or accessories not matching

Changes in agency policy or equipment selection
Please verify firearm model, light, optic, and configuration before ordering.
Shipping Damage
If your order arrives damaged in transit, notify us within 48 hours of delivery so we may file a carrier claim and assist you with resolution.
